The Rotary Club of Grasse Amiral bears the name of a great French sailor, hero of the American Independence. Le club was founded in 1977 and comprises 31 members. Its contact club is the Rotary Club of Ariana la Rose in Tunisia with which it undertakes many humanitarian activities.
With many of its members working in the field of perfume and fine fragrances, the idea of creating a perfume in celebration of Rotary’s Centennial came naturally.
The women’s version of the Eau de Parfum has been named after Princess Pauline, the sister of Napoléon who enjoyed her stays in the Gardens of Grasse.
The perfume is presented in a bottle representing the Rotary 24-teeth gearwheel symbolizing the transmission of strength. It is worn by all Rotarians around the world.
The perfumes were introduced on January 22, 2005 at the interclub meetings of the Rotary Clubs of the Alpes Maritimes region, in the Exhibition Hall of Grasse.
